Job Summary

Own end-to-end performance of the assigned city: fleet deployment, utilization, uptime, rider operations, customer SLAs, collections, operating cost, people, vendors, compliance and asset protection. The manager converts city targets into disciplined daily execution and timely corrective action.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver city launch, ramp-up and weekly deployment plans by client, hub, rider segment and vehicle availability.

- Run daily fleet control: vehicle allocation, rider attendance, shift readiness, idle-asset action, returns, recoveries and exception escalation.

- Maintain fleet uptime through preventive maintenance planning, breakdown prioritization, technician productivity, OEM coordination and parts availability.

- Onboard riders and field partners with complete KYC, agreements, deposits/authorizations where applicable, vehicle handover records, training and safety briefing.

- Own B2B client operating rhythm, service-level reviews, issue resolution and accurate deployment/billing inputs; protect partner relationships without weakening asset controls.

- Track revenue drivers, rentals, collections, overdue cases, waivers, city operating cost and unit economics; obtain approval before commercial exceptions.

- Protect vehicles, batteries, chargers, GPS devices and documents through daily visibility, geofence/exception monitoring, incident reporting, recovery and insurance/police processes.





- Recruit, roster, coach and review the city team; set daily priorities, conduct huddles, enforce SOPs and address attendance or performance gaps promptly.

- Manage workshops, towing, parking/yard, charging/swapping and other local vendors against price, quality, safety and turnaround SLAs.

- Publish accurate daily, weekly and monthly dashboards; identify root causes, assign owners and close corrective actions by due date.Ensure compliance with company SOPs, contracts, applicable transport/local requirements, safety standards, data privacy and audit controls.

Required Skills

- Graduate or relevant Diploma; MBA/PG qualification in Operations, Supply Chain or Business is preferred but not mandatory.

- 3-6 years in fleet, last-mile delivery, mobility, logistics, vehicle rental, field service or hub operations, including at least 1 year of team handling.

- Evidence of managing daily operational KPIs, customer escalations, vendor SLAs, collections/costs and distributed field teams.

- Solid Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard ability; comfortable reconciling vehicle-level, rider-level and financial data.

- Clear communication in Hindi or English and the local language; valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the city.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
