Package sales / new client acquisition

Preferred Industry: Ads sales, retail sales, B2B, and e-commerce can also apply if they are new merchants onboarding or other B2B service industries.

Role summary The City Manager will be responsible for driving paid advertising sales by visiting generated leads along with business development managers. The role involves engaging with businesses, understanding their marketing requirements, and onboarding them onto the paid Ads platform.

The objective is to help businesses increase their visibility and reach new prospects, and acquire more customers through targeted paid advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of field executives and onboarding specialists to achieve business targets.

Plan and allocate leads and territories to team members for maximum coverage and productivity.

Drive merchant and SME acquisition by ensuring effective onboarding onto the company platform through the team.

Ensure clients are properly educated on the advantages of paid advertising and digital visibility.

Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes,



including documentation, account setup, ad activation, and compliance

Monitor team performance on daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to onboarding and revenue.

Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve team capability and efficiency.

Maintain strong relationships with key merchants and high-value clients to ensure long-term retention.

Resolve escalations, client issues, and operational challenges in coordination with internal support teams.

Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams for smooth campaign execution and service delivery.

Prepare and present MIS reports, performance dashboards, and business reviews to management.

Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase penetration and revenue.

Ensure adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in field sales or B2B business development.

Strong background in selling high-value products or services.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings

Tech-savvy and able to explain digital marketing concepts clearly.
