- 4+ years of experience in Direct Sales / B2B Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Retail Sales (non-store experience)
- Experience in Telecom Sales / Digital Payments will be preferred.
- Solid experience in Field Sales and Team Handling is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and acquisition targets.
- Experience in merchant onboarding, QR code and Soundbox sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for merchant and retailer acquisition across various segments.
- Generate,
source and close new acquisition leads and drive activations.
- Manage and lead a team of direct sales professionals.
- Coach and mentor the team on acquisition and relationship management.
- Plan and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
- Develop new markets through extensive field visits and market mapping.
- Drive achievement of sales targets through Soundbox, QR Code and Merchant Onboarding.
