We are looking for a Client Onboarding Executive – WhatsApp API & CRM to join our team and manage the sales, onboarding, implementation, and client support of WhatsApp API, chatbot, automation, and CRM solutions.

This is a client-facing role that combines sales, consultation, onboarding, implementation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads and conduct sales calls.
- Understand the client's business, requirements and existing workflow.
- Explain WhatsApp API, chatbot, automation and CRM solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Onboard clients onto WhatsApp API and CRM platforms.
- Create and customise chatbot flows according to the client's business requirements.
- Configure CRM pipelines, lead stages, follow-ups and basic automations.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for integrations and technical requirements.
- Train clients and their teams on using the systems.
- Provide initial support during the onboarding and implementation phase.




- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure successful adoption.
- Identify opportunities for additional automation, CRM features and other services.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in WhatsApp API, CRM, SaaS, marketing automation or similar technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience with at least one WhatsApp API or chatbot platform.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Experience in B2B sales and client onboarding.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and convert requirements into technology workflows.
- Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable conducting calls, meetings and product demonstrations.
- Willingness to learn new software, automation tools and AI-powered solutions.
- Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 + performance incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
