Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cisco Collaboration Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in voice, video, messaging, contact center, and collaboration technologies across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Cisco collaboration solutions.

- Manage and troubleshoot
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

- Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco IM and Presence Service

- Cisco Jabber
- Perform upgrades, migrations, patching, and system maintenance.
- Configure SIP trunks, dial plans, route patterns, and voice gateways.
- Troubleshoot voice quality issues, call routing problems, registration failures, and conferencing issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Provide L2 support and participate in incident/problem management.
- Work with network, security, and infrastructure teams for solution deployment.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of:

- CUCM

- Unity Connection
- IM & Presence
- SIP, H.323, MGCP
- Experience with Cisco IP Phones and endpoint management.
- Understanding of QoS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
- Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with:
- Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX)
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise

- Cloud collaboration migrations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams voice integration and SIP interoperability.

Certifications (Preferred)

- Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Collaboration
- Cisco Collaboration Specialist certifications

Responsibilities Level (L2/SME)

- Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
