Role & responsibilities :

- Lead overall HR strategy across corporate and plant locations.

- Partner with the leadership team on workforce planning, talent, performance, succession and organizational development.

- Drive Industrial Relations (IR), employee relations, labour laws and statutory compliance across plants.

- Oversee plant HR, manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations.

- Build HR processes, policies and organizational capabilities aligned with business objectives.

- Lead and develop the HR team across multiple locations.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of experience in HR, preferably from Manufacturing / Plant.

- Experience in Plant HR, Industrial Relations and Corporate HR.

- Candidates currently working as CHRO / Group HR Head / HR Head / VP HR / HR Director / Plant HR Head preferred.

- Robust experience managing multi-plant / multi-location HR operations.

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
