Job Type: Full-Time Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 1–3 years preferred Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli chicken, chilli paneer, momos, soups, and other Indo-Chinese items. Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation. Handle wok, fryer, gas range, and other kitchen equipment safely.

Prepare sauces, marinades, vegetables, chicken, and other ingredients according to recipes. Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards. Monitor stock and inform the supervisor about ingredients required.

Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control. Work efficiently during busy hours and manage multiple orders. Follow the restaurant’s recipes, preparation methods, and quality standards. Coordinate with kitchen helpers and other staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements Previous experience as a Chinese/Indo-Chinese Chef preferred. Valuable knowledge of Chinese and Indo-Chinese cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety. Good teamwork and communication skills. Punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
