About the Role

As the COO and P&L; Head, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, superior patient outcomes, and financial performance.

You will work closely with clinicians and cross-functional leaders to build a high-performing, future-ready healthcare institution.

- End-to-end hospital operations with complete P&L; responsibility

Who We're Looking For

- 15+ years of experience in healthcare management within multi-specialty or super-specialty hospitals
- Proven experience in leading hospital operations with P&L; accountability
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills
- Expertise in quality systems, patient safety, and healthcare compliance
- Outstanding stakeholder management and people leadership capabilities
