Position Overview

We are looking for a disciplined, dynamic, and experienced Retired Major from the Indian Army to oversee the overall plant administration, security, discipline, workforce coordination, and operational support functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to establish discipline, streamline plant operations, manage security, coordinate with different departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the plant.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlant Administration & Operations

- Oversee the overall administrative functioning of the plant and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Establish and maintain solid discipline, punctuality, attendance, and workplace practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR, Security, and other departments for smooth plant operations.
- Monitor plant infrastructure, housekeeping, transportation, canteen, security, and other administrative facilities.




- Identify operational issues and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Support management in implementing company policies, systems, and operational procedures.

Security & Safety Management
- Take overall responsibility for plant security and access control.
- Supervise security personnel, security agencies, gate management, visitor entry, and material movement.
- Develop and implement security protocols for employees, visitors, vehicles, and company assets.
- Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential security risks.
- Establish systems for emergency response, fire safety, evacuation, and disaster management.
- Coordinate mock drills and emergency preparedness activities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security procedures.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
