Role Overview:

The role is responsible for driving governance, leadership reporting, business analytics and profitability benchmarking for the Bancassurance vertical. It involves delivering highquality dashboards, leadership scorecards, governance updates, and actionable insights that strengthen decisionmaking, business performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Governance & Leadership Reporting:

- Deliver highquality Executive Presentations, governance dashboards, and leadership updates within agreed timelines.
- Ensure timely closure of action items emerging from CEO reviews, leadership meetings, and key initiatives.
- Track and publish monthly leadership scorecards along with insights and progress updates.
- Manage the overall governance calendar, ensuring timely delivery of Board Reports, Investor Relations updates, and CEO Speaks submissions.

2. Data Analytics & Business Insights:

- Develop and maintain actionable analytics, dashboards, and Early Warning Indicators (EWI) to enhance business performance and drive strategic decisionmaking.
- Deliver adhoc business analysis requests and support leadership with datadriven insights across projects and initiatives.




- Translate data findings into business impact by presenting transparent, concise and relevant insights.

3. Profitability Tracking & Benchmarking:

- Track monthly NBM/NBC metrics and profitability dashboards.
- Conduct insurer benchmarking and competitor analysis, focusing on leading banks and the underlying drivers influencing business outcomes.
- Provide benchmarking insights that guide commercial models, performance improvement opportunities, and strategic decisions.

Skills & Competencies Required

- Solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in dashboards, MIS, and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities for leadershiplevel reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and governance cycles.
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and solutionoriented approach.
- Strong business understanding of Bancassurance/Insurance operations.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of experience in analytics, business reporting, governance, or strategypreferably in BFSI/Insurance.
