A large diversified financial services group is hiring a Chief Manager to lead end-to-end planning, design, execution, commissioning and handover of IT infrastructure for a large-scale corporate campus project. Reports to the Project Head - IT.

Key responsibilities:

- Build the IT infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap; translate business needs into capacity and design standards

- Own design of structured cabling, fibre backbone, LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, MDF / IDF rooms, data centre / server room, telecom, AV, UC, IT power / UPS and smart-building / IoT infrastructure

- Coordinate IT with architectural, MEP, security, AV and BMS packages; manage site engineers and day-to-day tracking

- Manage consultants, system integrators, contractors and OEMs; review submissions, shop drawings and BOQs





- Lead technical evaluation of vendors, support commercial negotiations and control scope and variations

- Run FAT, SAT, integrated systems and performance testing; lead IT readiness for phased occupancy and go-live

- Implement security controls and network segmentation; deliver as-builts, asset registers and O&M; documentation and hand over to IT operations

Must have: experience delivering large corporate campuses, commercial developments, data centres, airports, hospitals or similar complex infrastructure projects, with robust enterprise networking, cabling, data centre, Wi-Fi, AV and telecom knowledge.
