What You’ll Do:

- Lead end-to-end fleet operations, ensuring high asset uptime, operational readiness, and service excellence

- Oversee supply chain & logistics operations including demand forecasting, procurement planning, vendor management, and material optimization

- Develop and enforce SOPs, audit frameworks, and compliance mechanisms across operations

- Build and track KPI dashboards (Excel / Power BI) for uptime, cost metrics, procurement cycle time, and performance monitoring

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and deploy corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

- The role requires frequent travels for operational requirement &

Cluster-level performance tracking and reporting

Who You Are:

- Engineering background (Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Production preferred) with an MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management.

- 4+ years of experience in Operations, Fleet Management & Supply Chain

- Proven track record managing large-scale assets, budgets & multi-location operations

- Solid expertise in maintenance planning, reliability & operational readiness

- Experience driving cost optimization & process efficiency.
