We are hiring Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role with a leading and rapidly growing restaurant chain in India and International. The organization is expanding across India and preparing for potential IPO readiness over the next 18-24 months .
Qualification: CA mandatory
Reporting: MD / CEO
Requirements Key Mandate The CFO will lead:
- Financial strategy, planning & business performance
- Restaurant-level profitability & cash generation
- Financial reporting, audit, taxation & treasury
- Internal controls, governance & risk management
- Finance systems, ERP / POS integration
- Building and leading the finance function
- IPO readiness, financial due diligence & capital-market preparation
Ideal Profile
- CA with 15-20+ years of leadership experience, preferably from:
- Restaurant / Hospitality / QSR
- Retail / FMCG / Consumer
- Multi-location businesses
