- Strong experience in listed companies / stock exchange–driven environments .

- Proven expertise in managing marketplace and offline/office business operations .

- Strong understanding of financial planning, business finance, compliance, governance, and reporting.

- Experience in handling a secure and scaled business environment with strong commercial acumen.
n
- Leadership experience managing finance teams and working closely with senior management.
