Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's finance function and financial strategy. The candidate will work closely with the MD, Promoters, and Senior Management and will play an important role in funding, banking, investments, budgeting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall finance and financial strategy of the organization.
- Manage bank loans, project finance, working capital, and funding requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, investors, and foreign funding institutions.
- Handle fund raising, investment planning, and financial structuring.
- Prepare financial models, business plans, funding proposals, and investor/bank pitch decks.
- Prepare and confidently present PPT presentations to banks, investors, promoters, and senior management.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
- Evaluate financial feasibility of new projects and support project financing.
- Monitor financial performance, profitability,



working capital, and cash flow.
- Ensure effective financial controls, MIS, reporting, audit coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Provide strategic financial inputs for business expansion and major investment decisions.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of solid experience in Finance/CFO/Corporate Finance/Project Finance.
- MBA Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong practical experience in bank loan management, funding, investments, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Excellent banking relationships and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently present financial proposals in senior-level meetings.
- Experience in preparing financial models, business plans, PPT decks, and funding proposals.
- Strong commercial understanding and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in Biofuels, Ethanol, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Project Finance will be an advantage.

Highly Preferred / Valued Experience
- Candidates who have previously worked with Banks/Financial Institutions at DGM level or above (DGM/AGM/GM and equivalent senior positions) will be highly preferred.
- Proven experience in FDI (Foreign Direct Investment), foreign fund raising, and international investment proposals will be highly valued.
- Strong experience in pitching investment opportunities to foreign investors/funds, preparing international investor decks, and handling discussions related to overseas funding will be an added advantage.
