Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, planning, reporting, compliance and financial controls of the organization. The CFO will work closely with the management to support business growth, profitability and effective financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Strategy

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital and financial performance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Accounts & Financial Reporting

- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Ensure accurate preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
- Review MIS and financial reports for management.
- Monitor plant-wise and company-wise financial performance.

Cost & Working Capital Management

- Monitor production costs, overheads and operating expenses.
- Improve working capital management and cash-flow planning.
- Control unnecessary expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor receivables, payables and inventory levels.

Compliance & Taxation

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS,



Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and completion of audits.

Banking & Treasury

- Manage banking relationships and working capital facilities.
- Oversee fund management, cash flow and banking transactions.
- Coordinate with banks regarding loans, limits, guarantees and other facilities.

Management & Business Support

- Provide financial analysis for major business decisions and investments.
- Evaluate capital expenditure and new business proposals.
- Present financial performance and key business indicators to the management.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Skills
- Strong financial planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial controls.
- Robust knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and MIS.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Qualification

CA – Chartered Accountant preferred.
