ABOUT THE ROLE

Ambica Dhatu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and strategic CFO / Senior Chartered Accountant to lead and strengthen the company's Finance and Accounts function.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in financial management, taxation, statutory compliance, audit, financial planning and manufacturing-sector accounting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
- Prepare and review financial statements, P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS and other statutory requirements.
- Manage statutory, internal and tax audits and coordinate with auditors and consultants.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and overall financial performance.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, accounting systems and processes.
- Oversee costing,



profitability analysis and financial reporting for manufacturing operations.
- Manage banking relationships and financial requirements.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate control measures.
- Lead, guide and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act and other relevant regulations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 15 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing / industrial sector will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
