Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Blox.xyz is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the company’s overall financial strategy and operations. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation to support growth and long-term sustainability. The CFO will manage financial reporting, ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and maintain strong internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting strategic decision-making with financial insights, partnering with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, optimizing financial processes and systems, and managing relationships with banks,



investors, and external advisors. The CFO will lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Solid financial planning and finance skills, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statements and financial reporting, with the ability to interpret and present complex data to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills for evaluating business performance, investment opportunities, and risk management.
- Proven leadership experience in senior finance roles, preferably as a CFO or equivalent in a high-growth or technology-driven organization.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Track record in fundraising, investor relations, or capital markets is highly beneficial.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance from a recognized institution are strongly preferred.
- Experience in real estate, digital platforms, or technology startups in the Indian market is an advantage.
