We are looking for a highly capable and entrepreneurial professional to lead the growth of an emerging consumer beverage brand.

The ideal candidate should have senior leadership experience and a strong understanding of the FMCG, D2C, beverage or packaged consumer products industry. They should be comfortable managing strategy, manufacturing, distribution, sales, marketing, partnerships and day-to-day business execution.

Experience with canned, bottled, carbonated, functional or wellness beverages will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall business strategy and growth plan.
- Develop and execute the brand’s launch and market-entry strategy.
- Build distribution across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, the brand website, retail stores and other relevant channels.
- Identify and manage manufacturers, co-packers, distributors, retailers and logistics partners.
- Oversee pricing, margins, inventory, demand planning and sales performance.
- Develop partnerships with quick-commerce platforms, modern trade, general trade and other distribution channels.
- Lead marketing, customer acquisition, product launches and brand-building initiatives.
- Understand consumer trends,



category opportunities and competitor activity.
- Build and manage internal teams, agencies and external partners.
- Track revenue, costs, margins, cash flow and key business performance metrics.
- Work closely with the founders on business decisions, investments and expansion plans.
- Take complete ownership of execution and solve operational challenges independently.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a CEO, Business Head, General Manager, Founder’s Office professional or in a similar senior leadership position.
- Experience in beverages, FMCG, D2C, e-commerce or packaged consumer products.
- Understanding of canned, bottled, carbonated, functional or wellness beverage categories.
- Robust experience in online distribution and marketplace operations.
- Experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage manufacturers, co-packers, distributors, retailers and logistics partners.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, sales and distribution.
- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on, practical and execution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work closely with founders and take independent business decisions.
