nWe are looking for chess teachers who have the ability to use chess to motivate, educate and help children discover the potential for greatness inside of them.

nChess Teacher Responsibilities:
n
n
- Teach children from the group of 6 years to 16 years online .
n
- Humble nature with empathetic values to connect with the younger children.
n
- Conducting creative activities and developing interactive classrooms.
n
- Ensure that students enjoy the course!
n
- Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
n
- Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
n
- Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.
n
- Conduct group and private lessons as required.
n
- Provide a fun and creative environment.
n
n
nQualifications/Experience required:
n

- Strong subject knowledge
n
- Experience in teaching Chess
n
- Relevant working experience
n
n
nRequirements:

- Good English Communication Skills
n
- Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory)
n
- Laptop and valuable internet connection is also required.

nSalary structure is as follows:
n
nPer Session Basis for 4 PM - 9 PM
n1-25 Sessions: Rs. 125/- per session + Rs.75/- per demo
n25-60 Sessions: Rs. 150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
n61-80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
n81 & Above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo
n
nPer Session Basis for 9 PM - 10 PM
n1-25 Sessions: Rs. 165/- per session + Rs. 80/- per demo
n25-60 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
n61-80 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
n81 & Above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo
n
nMinimum Gurantee:
nRs: 5500/- for the 1st Month; Rs 10500/- for the 2nd month and Rs. 16000/- 3rd month onwards.
