Job Title: Executive - QA / Production / QC (Chemistry/Biochemistry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates with a background in Chemistry or Biochemistry to join our Quality Assurance (QA), Production, and Quality Control (QC) teams. The selected candidates will support the manufacturing and quality control of biological and pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the development of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in routine QA/QC/PD activities to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- Support production processes including formulation, filling, and packaging of biological products.
- Perform quality control tests to verify product quality and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Participate in documentation, data recording, and report generation for batch production and quality control.
- Assist in the calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory and production equipment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemical and biological materials.
- Monitor production processes, identify potential areas for process optimization and report findings.
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections by ensuring compliance with required documentation and quality standards.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and quality goals.
- Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a contamination-free environment.

Skills and Competencies:

- Basic understanding of chemistry and biochemistry laboratory techniques.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Understanding of chemical and biochemical analysis and testing techniques (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical or biological product manufacturing (preferred).
