- Monitored and optimized fermentation, distillation, dehydration, and ethanol recovery processes to maximize yield and product quality.

- Controlled process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, pH, and steam consumption for stable operations.

- Coordinated with production, quality, maintenance, and utility teams to achieve production targets.

- Ensured compliance with product quality standards and statutory environmental and safety regulations.

- Optimized raw material consumption (molasses, grain, or feedstock), enzymes, yeast, and chemicals to improve process efficiency.

- Supervised the operation and maintenance of utilities, including boilers, cooling towers, RO plant, ETP, air compressors, and steam systems.

- Monitored utility consumption and implemented energy conservation and cost-reduction initiatives.

- Conducted process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve productivity.





- Managed preventive and predictive maintenance activities for process equipment, including fermenters, distillation columns, heat exchangers, pumps, centrifuges, and storage tanks.

- Oversaw effluent treatment operations and ensured compliance with pollution control board norms and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) requirements, where applicable.

- Implemented SOPs, GMP, and EHS practices to maintain protected and efficient plant operations.

- Performed process optimization using production data and KPIs to improve ethanol yield, reduce losses, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Coordinated with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for equipment maintenance, upgrades, and project execution.

- Prepared daily production reports, utility reports, inventory reports, and MIS for management review.

- Trained operators and technicians on process operations, safety procedures, and emergency response.
