Role Overview: Responsible for running an assigned section of the kitchen (hot or cold), ensuring consistent quality, plating standards, and timely execution during service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned kitchen section
- Ensure adherence to recipes, portioning, and plating standards
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen SOPs
- Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth service flow
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff (Commis)
- Manage stock, ordering, and minimizing wastage for the section

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a CDP or senior Commis in a premium/fine-dining restaurant or hotel
- Robust knowledge of hot and cold kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Good communication and team leadership skills
- Local candidates and immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
