Position: Customer Service Associate – International Chat

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 6+ months of International Chat Experience

Qualification: UG / Graduate

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months of International Chat experience is mandatory.

UG / Graduate candidates can apply.

Excellent C1-level written English proficiency is mandatory.

Strong grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction and comprehension skills.

Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

Positive typing speed with high accuracy.

Comfortable handling international customers through live chat.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
