We are looking for a Chat/DM Sales Executive to manage online customer conversations and generate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer messages and sales inquiries.
- Engage with potential customers through chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Build customer relationships and maintain regular communication.
- Handle basic objections and close sales.
- Update lead and sales trackers.
Preferred Skills:
- Positive written and verbal communication.
- Sales and convincing skills.
- Experience in chat sales, DM sales,
customer support, telesales, or lead generation.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Instagram/WhatsApp experience is an added advantage.
Experience can be from full-time employment or genuine freelance/unofficial sales work. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
