We are looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive to manage finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities for our manufacturing plant in Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the plant.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances .
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements and reconciliations .
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses and vendor payments .
- Support monthly closing, budgeting and variance analysis .
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements .
- Coordinate with auditors and support statutory,
tax and internal audits .
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
- Work closely with plant operations and management on finance-related matters.
- Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.
Requirements
- CA / CMA qualified candidates preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience , preferably in a manufacturing workplace.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and statutory compliance .
- Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work from a manufacturing plant location in Gujarat .
