We at Nirnayan Health Care Pvt Ltd,Jyangra, Kolkata is looking for Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in internal finance operations, cash flow management, payment verification, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily cash flow, fund planning, and working capital.
- Verify and approve vendor, employee, statutory, and other payments.
- Prepare and analyze Finance MIS, cash flow reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Review budget vs. actuals and identify financial variances.
- Ensure accurate accounting, financial controls, and timely month-end closing.
- Support audits, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Identify and improve finance processes and internal controls.
- Manage and oversee the company's accounting, finance, and taxation functions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and financial projections.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Handle GST returns, TDS returns, income-tax filings, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Conduct regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Support payroll-related financial activities and ensure accurate statutory deductions.




- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist management with financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, and decision-making.
- Establish and maintain proper financial controls, processes, and documentation.
- Identify financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Keep the organisation updated on relevant changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information.

Requirements:

- CA qualification from ICAI.
- 02 years + of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation practices.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial responsibilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
