nWe are looking for a Chartered Accountant Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team.

nThe role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, financial reporting, MIS, compliance, and business finance.

nJob Summary

nThe candidate will support the Finance & Accounts function and work closely with the finance team and management on accounting, reconciliations, taxation, reporting, audit, and financial analysis.

n

nThe ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, positive analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a willingness to learn and take ownership.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
n
- Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
n
- Prepare and review bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
n
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS and financial reports.
n
- Support GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
n
- Assist in GST reconciliation and verification of input tax credit.
n
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing required schedules and documents.
n
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and assist with ageing analysis.
n
- Assist in cash-flow monitoring and preparation of financial reports.
n
- Analyse expenses, revenue, and profitability and highlight significant variances.
n




- Support budgeting, forecasting, and budget-vs-actual analysis.
n
- Assist in reviewing vendor invoices, customer billing, payments, and supporting documents.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Procurement, and HR for finance-related requirements.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting.
n
- Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned by the management.

nRequired Skills

n

n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher.
n
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
n
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and income-tax compliance.
n
- Valuable command of MS Excel; knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic financial analysis
n
- Knowledge of Tally or ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
n
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
n
- Positive attitude with a robust willingness to learn.
n

nPreferred Candidate Profile

- Recently qualified CA / CA Fresher.
n
- Candidates with relevant articleship experience in accounting, audit, taxation, or finance will be preferred.
n
- Exposure to GST, statutory audit, internal audit, MIS, or financial reporting is an advantage.
n
- Candidates interested in building a career in corporate finance and business finance are encouraged to apply.
