- Manage accounting, financial reporting, and month/year-end closing.

- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.

- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax and GST compliance.

- Conduct and coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis.

- Monitor internal controls, financial risks, and compliance.

- Support management in financial planning, costing, and business decisions.

- Handle tax assessments, notices, and communication with regulatory authorities where applicable.

- Support activities such as financial due diligence, valuations, M&A;, and other advisory assignments depending on the organization. IICAI+1

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
