nQualification:

n- Qualified CA. Inter CA with 1-3 years of relevant experience can also be considered.

nRoles & Responsibilities:

n

n1. Accounting & Finalization:

n- Handling day-to-day accounting, finalization of books, P&L;, Balance Sheet

n- Managing Accounts Payable / Receivable, bank reconciliation and cash flow management

n

n2. Taxation & Compliance:

n- GST filing, TDS filing, Income Tax returns

n- Dealing with auditors, banks, and tax consultants

n- Ensuring all statutory compliances are met on time

n

n3. Billing & Reconciliation:

n- Billing reconciliation and revenue tracking





n- Vendor and customer reconciliation

n

n4. MIS & Budgeting:

n- Preparing monthly MIS reports - revenue, expenses, profitability for management

n- Budget preparation, variance analysis and expense control

n

n5. Audit & SOP:

n- Internal audit and implementing SOPs for accounts department

n- Ensuring financial discipline and process improvement

n

nSkills Required:

n- Strong knowledge in Tally / ERP, Advanced Excel, GST & Taxation

n- Valuable analytical and communication skills

n- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential data

n

nSalary Budget: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
