Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivable &

• Payable, TDS working & quarterly returns, Advance tax &

• E-payment, GST working, Bills checking & booking, Documentation &

• Filing, Month/Quarter/Year End closing, Reconciliations, working knowledge of balance sheet preparation, finalization of accounts, taxation, auditing.

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
n
- Accounting knowledge pertaining to entries/JVs in books of Accounts
n
- The incumbent will be responsible for vouching of expenses, Debtors/ Creditors Ledgers, Vendor Payment, GST and TDS Returns, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Statutory Audits.
n
- Checking all accounts vouchers like purchase, sales and cash
n
- Handle day-to-day accounting work like payments, passing journal entries, generating accounting reports.
n
- To prepare independently TDS, GST, Advance Tax, Income tax working & filing of Returns, etc.
n
- To Assist in the finalization of accounts
n




- Responsible for accounts Payable and accounts Receivable ensuring analysis for outstanding balances of creditors before releasing of payment.
n
- Prepare and post year end journals like accrual, deferred income, amortization, reclassification & adjustment entries
n
- Reconcile Balance sheet control accounts, investigate issues and report / rectify the same
n
- Detailed Variance analysis of P &

• L items and reporting on the same.

- Prepare and finalise corporate tax computations and returns
n
- To supervise regular feedings of data from vouchers, registers and ledgers into accounting software and generate monthly and cumulative financial data and statement as per standard formats

- Minimum 4 to 6 years of accounting experience.
