Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and support financial operations, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Accounting, Taxation, and Statutory Audits, along with experience in handling a team of 10–15 members. The candidate must have relevant experience working in a CA firm in their most recent role.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Manage Income Tax compliance, assessments, scrutiny, and related matters.
- Handle GST compliance, including GST returns and GST Annual Returns.
- Manage taxation-related activities and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Assist with and manage Statutory Audits and audit-related documentation.
- Handle scrutiny and litigation matters related to taxation.
- Review financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Perform financial analysis and prepare relevant reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 people,



ensuring effective task allocation and timely completion of work.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Last/current experience must be in a CA firm.
- Solid practical knowledge of:
- Income Tax
- GST
- Accounting
- Taxation
- Statutory Audit
- GST Annual Return
- Scrutiny & Litigation
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and applicable standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally and Winman.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.

Compensation ₹9 LPA – ₹12 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Ideal Candidate A hands-on Chartered Accountant with strong exposure to CA firm operations, taxation, GST, audits, compliance, scrutiny/litigation, and team management, who can independently handle multiple responsibilities and work effectively with clients and senior finance professionals.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
