nJob Summary:

nWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Accounts Payable and Indian accounting. The candidate will be responsible for managing the AP function, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting month-end/year-end closing, and preparing MIS and financial reports.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, accounting, vendor reconciliation, and payments.

- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and applicable accounting practices.
n
- Handle GST compliance, including input tax credit reconciliation and related accounting.
n
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, accounting, reconciliations, and compliance.
n
- Support month-end and year-end closing of books, including provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and expense accounting.
n
- Perform vendor and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
n
- Prepare and review MIS reports, including AP ageing, expense analysis, outstanding payables, and other management reports.
n
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for accounting and compliance matters.
n
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
n
- Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and other finance-related requirements.

nCandidate Profile

n

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
n
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable and Indian accounting.
n
- Good working knowledge of GST and TDS.
n
- Strong understanding of month-end/year-end book closure.
n
- Experience in MIS preparation and financial reporting.
n
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
n
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Positive Experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
