- Coordinate with franchises and Master Trainers and ensure smooth training operations.
- Plan and coordinate training programs on time.
- Manage and maintain training-related software and teacher data accurately.
- Coordinate training arrangements and ensure quality of food and other training requirements.
- Act as the front-facing support for Course Instructors, Master Trainers and franchises, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Maintain patience and professionalism while interacting with franchise owners and other stakeholders.
- Support activities and responsibilities assigned by the other superior / Management.
Candidate Profile
- Solid coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work with training software.
- Patience and a calm approach are essential, particularly while handling franchise owners.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and attend mandatory office events.
Eligibility
- Education: Any graduation
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of overall experience, with relevant experience in handling franchises and managing 20 25+ calls/interactions on a regular basis.
- Language: English, Hindi & Bengali
