Financial Reporting and Analysis

 Preparing and analyzing financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements).

 Analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

 Evaluating accounting systems and suggesting improvements.

Auditing and Compliance

 Conducting audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

 Reviewing internal controls and recommending improvements.

 Assisting clients with regulatory filings and compliance requirements.

Taxation Advisory

 Advising clients on tax planning and minimizing their tax liabilities.

 Preparing and filing income tax returns for individuals and businesses.

 Providing guidance on tax-related matters, including international tax issues.

Financial Advisory

 Providing financial advice to clients on various financial matters, including investments, financial planning, and business valuations.

 Helping clients make informed financial decisions.

 Developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve clients' goals.

Cost Accountancy:  Figure out how much it will cost to at each stage in production.





 Needs to supply the relevant costing information With Management. Using cost-control measures and the determination of fair selling prices.

Other Responsibilities

 Liaising with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders.

 Providing professional accounting support to clients.

 Assisting clients with business transactions and financings.

 Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

 Staying updated on the latest accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

 Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant.

 Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

 Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Taxation, securities laws, and industry-specific regulations.

Skills

 Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

 Solid written and verbal communication skills.

 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with compliance software.
