- Define and drive the company's long-term financial strategy and growth trajectory
- Structure and optimize the company's capital mix - debt, equity, and financing
- Lead fundraising efforts, M&A; evaluation, and strategic partnerships
- Serve as the primary financial voice to investors, analysts, and lenders
- Present financial strategy, performance, and risk to the Board of Directors
- Partner with the CEO on major corporate direction and strategic decisions
- Build and strengthen relationships with banks, PE/VC, and institutional investors
- Position the company's financial profile to support valuation and market credibility
What We're Looking For
- CA/ MBA / CFA
- 15–20+ years in progressively senior finance leadership, including prior experience as CFO, Deputy CFO, or Head of Corporate Finance/IR
- Demonstrated experience in capital raising, M&A;, or IPO processes
- A track record of direct investor and Board engagement
- A robust external network across banking, PE/VC, or capital markets
- Exceptional communication and public presentation skills
