CFA Manager | 6+ Years | Bangalore

We are hiring for a fast-growing beverage scale-up known for bringing back authentic Indian flavours, as they continue to build and strengthen their Supply Chain & Logistics function. We are looking for a hands-on professional with experience in CFA/warehouse operations, transportation, vendor management and logistics coordination.

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end CFA operations, warehousing and storage activities.
2. Ensure accurate inventory levels and effective stock management.
3. Handle freight inward and outward operations.
4. Coordinate transportation of finished goods in a secure, timely and cost-effective manner.
5. Manage order processing, dispatch and distribution activities.
6. Manage transporters, logistics vendors and 3PL partners.
7. Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure adherence to SLA/KPI and service levels.
8. Support vendor onboarding, coordination and performance management.
9. Assist in setting up new CFA/warehouse locations, bases or facilities and operationalising new locations.
10. Ensure proper documentation, statutory, taxation and other compliance requirements.

Requirements

1. 6-7 years of relevant experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / FMCG.
2. Strong experience in CFA processes and warehouse operations.
3. Hands-on exposure to freight inward and outward operations.




4. Experience in vendor management / transporter management / 3PL coordination.
5. Good understanding of inventory, dispatch, distribution and logistics processes.
6. Exposure to new warehouse / CFA / hub / base setup or location launch will be an added advantage.
