Hands-on experience in turbo machinery applications, including compressors, turbines, pumps, fans, or related rotating equipment.

Experience in efficiently handling the tools like solidworks, ANSYS Turbomachine package (like Geometry cleaning, grid generation using Turbogrid or ICEM, blade gen, fluent / CFX pre & post & solver etc.).

Perform geometry cleaning and model preparation using ANSYS tools such as DesignModeler and SpaceClaim.

Generate high-quality CFD meshes using ANSYS ICEM CFD, TurboGrid, Fluent Meshing, or equivalent tools.

Set up, execute, and validate CFD simulations for turbomachinery applications using ANSYS Fluent and ANSYS CFX.

Carry out pre-processing, solver execution, and post-processing of CFD analyses using ANSYS CFD tools.

Conduct parametric studies, performance optimization, and design evaluations using CFD techniques.

Analyze and interpret simulation results, prepare technical reports, and recommend design improvements.

Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, engineering reports, and PowerPoint presentations for project reviews and customer presentations.





Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

SolidWorks Advanced proficiency in part modeling, assemblies, and drafting.

Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with 6 years of relevant experience in turbomachinery design and CFD analysis or M.E./M.Tech in Thermal Engineering, Turbomachinery, CFD, Aerospace, or a relevant specialization is preferred and 4 years of relevant experience in turbomachinery design and CFD analysis

Robust understanding of CFD pre-processing, solver setup, post-processing, and result interpretation.

Experience in parametric studies, design optimization, and engineering documentation.

Good communication, presentation, and technical report-writing skills.

Hands-on experience in turbomachinery applications, including compressors, turbines, pumps, fans, or related rotating equipment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to engineering accuracy and detail.
