Role Description The CEO role at So Surat is a full-time, on-site position located in Surat, responsible for leading the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the machine manufacturing business. The CEO will oversee daily operations, including production, quality, supply chain, and customer service, ensuring that processes are efficient, safe, and aligned with company goals. This role includes managing financial performance, setting budgets, monitoring cash flow, and driving profitability while maintaining compliance with regulations and industry standards.

The CEO will define and implement business and market strategies, lead sales initiatives, build key customer and partner relationships, and explore recent market opportunities.

Qualifications
