The Successful Applicant

Experience *20+ years in Capital Markets Technology, Trading Platforms, or related domain *Documented experience in managing organizational transformations, scaling and expansion.Technical & Domain Expertise *Direct knowledge of OMS/RMS platforms and the trade lifecycle. *Understanding of exchange connectivity and low-latency trading systems. *Experience with API ecosystems and scalable platform architecture.Education *Required: B.Tech / B.E. from a premier institution. *Preferred: MBA/MS from a Tier-1 institution.
