Experience

- 20 years in Capital Markets Technology, Trading Platforms, or related domain

- Documented experience in managing organizational transformations, scaling and expansion.Technical &
- Domain Expertise

- Direct knowledge of OMS/RMS platforms and the trade lifecycle.

- Understanding of exchange connectivity and low-latency trading systems.

- Experience with API ecosystems and scalable platform architecture.Education

- Required: B.Tech / B.E. from a premier institution.

- Preferred: MBA/MS from a Tier-1 institution.
