About the Role

Inteligenes Technologies is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and acquire recent clients, corporate clients, and institutional partnerships.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships.
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain Inteligenes' training programs and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales, HR, Academic, and Training teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM.
- Explore new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.




- Prepare regular business development and sales performance reports.
- Handle end-to-end business development activities from lead generation to closure.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development mindset.
- Good presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in the training/education, corporate training, or B2B sales industry will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
