Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Centre In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of our LBS Kalamassery Centre. The candidate will be responsible for student coordination, admissions, fee collection, staff and faculty coordination, documentation, and overall smooth functioning of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Handle student enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate student fee collection and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with faculty members and ensure smooth conduct of classes.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and academic activities.
- Maintain student records, documents, and centre-related reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and provide regular updates.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Support promotional and student engagement activities.




- Ensure the centre is properly maintained and functioning smoothly.
- Assist in achieving centre-level admission and operational targets.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in centre management, administration, education, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle students, parents, faculty, and administrative responsibilities professionally.
- Candidates who can take initiative and work independently are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
