VS Hospitals req CSSD Tech

:

Identify and use appropriate methods and solutions to sort, disassemble, rinse and disinfect instruments.

Remains compliant in decontamination sterilization, packaging, and distribution of instrumentation and supplies

Monitor efficiency of sterilizer and log details.

Perform biological testing as per NABH Quality standards

Preparation of surgical and instrumentation for sterilization with appropriate rotation of supplies

Maintain all relevant registers for CSSD & keep the records updated

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the department

Practice secure handling of patient care items that have been exposed to blood and/or body fluid

Report broken or malfunctioning equipment.
