Role Description The Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Ayurvedic center. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring smooth coordination between reception, therapists, and support teams. The role involves handling client inquiries, maintaining high standards of customer care, and resolving concerns efficiently.

The Center

Manager monitors inventory and facility upkeep, supports local marketing initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies and Ayurvedic treatment protocols.



This position requires hands-on leadership, regular performance reviews, and continuous improvement of center processes to deliver a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

- Operational management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues professionally.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in Ayurveda, wellness, or spa operations, with a commitment to holistic health principles.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including reporting, documentation, and inventory control.
- Ability to work on-site full time in New Delhi and manage a multi-disciplinary team in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfort with using office software and booking/CRM systems for center management.
- Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or spa management is highly beneficial.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in management, hospitality, or a related field.
