Role Description

The Center Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for all children. This full-time, on-site role, based in Noida Extension, includes managing staff schedules, supervising teaching and support teams, and maintaining strong communication with parents.

The Center

Head will coordinate curriculum implementation, monitor child development and well-being, and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards. This role also involves managing admissions, supporting marketing and outreach initiatives, overseeing budgets and resource allocation,



and driving continuous improvement in center performance and parent satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising educators and support staff.
- Expertise in early childhood education practices, child development, and age-appropriate curricula.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, families, and stakeholders.
- Organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling, documentation, and center operations management.
- Capability to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in a preschool and daycare setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a center head, school administrator, or similar leadership role in education is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and systems for reporting, parent communication, and operational tracking.
