Our mission is to support solar cell manufacturers in achieving higher efficiency, lower paste consumption and reliable mass production.

〇Key Responsibilities

Customer Site Support

- Visit PV manufacturing facilities when required
- Observe screen printing operations and trial runs
- Verify printing conditions and process parameters
- Support communication between customer engineers and MUCOM India

Technical Evaluation

- Evaluate screen mask performance during production trials
- Review print quality, alignment, finger formation, and other critical parameters
- Identify process issues related to screen printing and metallization

Reporting

- Prepare concise evaluation reports after customer visits
- Provide recommendations for screen optimization
- Share production feedback and market intelligence

Business Development Support

- Introduce potential customers when opportunities arise
- Support technical discussions during customer meetings
- Assist in building long-term relationships with PV manufacturers

〇Preferred Qualifications

Mandatory

- Experience in photovoltaic cell manufacturing
- Experience with screen printing or metallization processes




- Ability to communicate professionally in English
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within India

Strongly Preferred

- Experience evaluating printing trials
- Experience improving printing yield and product quality
- Experience with TOPCon, HJT, or PERC technologies
- Experience working with production teams in high-volume manufacturing

Engagement Type

Contract Term

- Initial 6-month contract
- Renewable annually based on performance

Compensation

- Fixed monthly retainer
- Site visit allowance
- Performance-based incentive opportunities

Compensation package will be discussed individually based on experience and availability. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is not necessarily a screen manufacturing expert.
