We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Center Head who can take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning and overall performance of a WILDFIT center.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing team leadership, client experience, sales, business development, operations, and performance management . Prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is preferred but not mandatory ; candidates with strong experience in team handling, business development, and leadership roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day center operations , ensuring readiness, hygiene, discipline, and adherence to WILDFIT standards.
- Lead and manage the center team, including attendance, schedules, daily briefings, performance, and accountability .
- Maintain solid floor presence and ensure a premium member experience, training quality, and timely resolution of concerns.
- Drive sales, conversions, renewals, upgrades, referrals, and monthly revenue targets .
- Ensure timely lead follow-ups, BCA updates, CRM hygiene, and accurate client data .
- Monitor member engagement, retention, drop rates, and recovery actions .
- Build a strong center culture through member engagement, challenges, events, and community activities .
- Track and report center performance, sales, attendance, collections, and operational issues to management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance improvement of the center team.
- Take complete ownership of overall center performance, client experience, and operational discipline .

Candidate Profile

- 3–4+ years of relevant professional experience , preferably in a leadership, team management, business development,



sales, operations, or center management role.
- Experience in the health, fitness, wellness, nutrition, or allied industry is preferred but not mandatory .
- Strong experience in team handling, people management, and performance management .
- Proven experience in business development, sales, client management, or revenue-driven roles .
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of operations and lead a team towards defined targets.
- Solid leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and customer-facing environment .
- Comfortable taking hands-on ownership of team performance, business growth, and day-to-day operations .
- Experience with CRM, reporting, attendance, or performance-tracking systems will be an added advantage.
