Centre Head (FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED)

We are looking for a high-accountability Centre Head to independently oversee the safe, smooth, and respectful day-to-day operations of a senior living facility in Dehradun.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role covering resident support, staff supervision, family communication, facility operations, safety, documentation, and emergency coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily centre operations and resident services
- Supervise staff, rosters, attendance, and handovers
- Monitor resident wellbeing and coordinate care requirements
- Manage family communication and resolve routine concerns
- Maintain operational, resident, incident, and inventory records
- Conduct regular safety, hygiene, and facility checks
- Coordinate medical visits, emergencies, and hospital transfers when required
- Manage supplies, vendors, maintenance, and approved expenses
- Conduct staff briefings, training, and performance reviews
- Submit regular operational reports to management

Handle sales for the centre

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience in senior care, assisted living, healthcare, hospitality, or residential facility management preferred
- Strong people-management and operational coordination skills
- Good communication in Hindi and English




- Garhwali or knowledge of the local Dehradun community is an advantage
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and basic spreadsheets
- Calm, organised, responsible, and patient with seniors

Location Requirement

This role is specifically for candidates based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Candidates should have strong familiarity with Dehradun and the local community and be comfortable working on-site.
