- Understanding of Networking concepts (LAN/WAN/MPLS, IP addressing, switching, routing)

- Familiarity with UCCC / Command Control Centre operations (preferred)

- Basic understanding of database systems and data handling (Microsoft SQL and PostgreSQL)

- Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments (basic level)

- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, dashboards)

- Ability to interpret traffic data, violation trends, and system performance
